好習(xí)慣益終身
一次一位記者問(wèn)一位白發(fā)蒼蒼的老科學(xué)家:“您是在那所大學(xué),哪個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)到了最重要的東西?”“在幼兒園”。這位科學(xué)家的回答出乎所有人的意料。“在幼兒園里,我學(xué)到了要把自己的東西分一半給自己的伙伴不是自己的東西不要拿;東西要擺放整齊;吃飯前要洗手;做錯(cuò)事要表示歉意。”老科學(xué)家接著說(shuō)。
老科學(xué)家的話語(yǔ)雖然淺顯,但是揭示了一個(gè)深刻的道理,那就是好習(xí)慣益終生!國(guó)內(nèi)外教育研究資料表明,對(duì)于絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),學(xué)習(xí)的好壞,僅20%與智力因素有關(guān),80%與非智力因素有關(guān)。在信心、意志、習(xí)慣、興趣、性格等非智力因素中,習(xí)慣又占有重要位置。就連智力超群的科大少年班的學(xué)生都強(qiáng)調(diào)自己有良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,其中13歲就進(jìn)入中國(guó)科技大學(xué)的少年大學(xué)生周峰,認(rèn)為自己成功的秘訣就是從小養(yǎng)成了良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。周峰認(rèn)識(shí)漢字,記憶英語(yǔ)單詞,都是每天10個(gè),即使走親訪友也從不間斷。就這樣,他一年記住了3000多個(gè)漢字和3000多個(gè)單詞。正是著良好的習(xí)慣為他的成功打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
大科學(xué)家歌德每天凌晨五點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)時(shí)起床開(kāi)始文學(xué)創(chuàng)作,幾十年來(lái)從未改變。以至于小鎮(zhèn)上的人用歌德窗戶上亮起的燈光校正自己的鐘表。歌德成為著名的作家與他的良好習(xí)慣是密不可分的。
反之,雖有天才,但沒(méi)有好的習(xí)慣也會(huì)一事無(wú)成。宋代的神童方仲永,五歲即能作詩(shī),且文理皆有可觀者。但是他卻沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,而是滿足于與父親環(huán)謁于邑人,荒廢了學(xué)業(yè),最后只落得一個(gè)泯然眾人矣的下場(chǎng)。他的遭遇豈不令人可悲,可嘆!悲嘆之余我們更應(yīng)深深思索,神童沒(méi)有好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣尚且成為了庸人,那么我們才能平庸的人有應(yīng)該如何做呢?
記得著名教育家魏書(shū)生曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò):“教育歸根結(jié)底是培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣,行為養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣,習(xí)慣決定品質(zhì),品質(zhì)決定命運(yùn)。”其實(shí),良好的習(xí)慣就如同孩子儲(chǔ)蓄的資本,會(huì)不斷地增值,讓自己的一生受益!
同學(xué)們,播種一種行為,收獲一種習(xí)慣;播種一種習(xí)慣,收獲一種性格;播種一種性格,收獲一種命運(yùn)。原來(lái),命運(yùn)的基石就是養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣的行為。讓我們從現(xiàn)在做起,從身邊小事做起,從一點(diǎn)一滴的小事做起,克服過(guò)去的不良行為,刻苦學(xué)習(xí),養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣,達(dá)到良好的道德素質(zhì),為我們今后的發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
讓我們從現(xiàn)在起,從點(diǎn)滴小事做起,培養(yǎng)自己良好的行為習(xí)慣吧,因?yàn)楹昧?xí)慣,益終生!

Good habits lead to life.
Dear teachers, dear classmates,The topic of my speech today is good habits can lead to my life.
Once a reporter asked a grey-haired old scientist: "Which university are you in? which laboratory learned the most important things from?"In kindergarten.The scientist's answer surprised everyone."In the kindergarten, I learned to share my things with my friends. And I don’t take the things which don’t belong to me? How to keep things in order? Wash my hands before eating. Say sorry for doing something wrong."Continued the old scientist.
Although the old scientist's words are superficial, but reveals a profound truth, that is good habits benefit life!
Research study from education at home and abroad shows that for the vast majority of students, only 20% are related to intelligence, and 80% is related to non-intelligence. Confidence, will, habit, interest and personality, habits play an important role in the non-intellectual. Even intellectual students emphasize they also have good study habits. A student, Zhou Feng who is 13 years old went into the China university of science and technology. He thinks that the secret of success is formed the good study habits. Zhou feng knew Chinese characters and memorized English words, which were 10 words every day, even if when he need to visit his relatives and friends, he also keeps to memorize them. In this way, he memorized more than 3,000 Chinese characters and more than 3,000 words a year. It was good habits that laid a solid foundation for his success.
Goethe, a big scientist, gets up at 5 am every day to start writing, and has not changed for decades.So much so that the townspeople corrected their clocks with the light from the Goethe Windows.Goethe became a famous writer and was inseparable from his good habits.
My schoolmates, sow a behavior, harvest a habit; Sow a habit and reap a character; Sow a character and reap a destiny. It turns out that the cornerstone of destiny is to form habits.Let us start from now, from every little bit of small start, to overcome the bad behavior in the past, work hard to form good habits and good moral quality, to make a good foundation for our future development.
