Ex-Prime Minister Wen said : “ Teachers are not artists, however, they create the best, the most valuable work of art in the world”. Teaching can be considered one of the greatest professions. Teachers help students to obtain knowledge and achieve their dreams through love and patience.
Russell stated : “ students’ character and wisdom could not have a sufficient development without teachers’ love”. Good teachers not only have ample amounts of relative knowledge and excellent teaching technology, but also educate students with love.
Thus, we have following requirements for our teaching staffs:
Teachers must have personal tutorials with students once or twice a month.
Teachers must attend interesting activities with students every month.
Teachers must pay attention to students who are sick or depressed in order to help them and give them encouragement in time.
Under no conditions should Teachers harm the self-respect of their students or use corporal punishment.
